We are two professional chefs who own WhereverNext, a specialist and highly successful catering company, now in operation for more than 14 years.

Our experience, acquired through ownership of pubs and restaurants in South Devon, England has since expanded through extensive travel and cooking within and beyond Spain. 

In 2021 We made the momentus decision to fully dis-invest in our UK gastropub and property interests to concentrate fully on whereverNext Catering

Our home is a wonderful cortijo up a mountain in central andalucia where we dream up and test new and inspirational dishes to delight our audiences, wherever that might be.

We own 100+ olive trees that completely surround our home. They are a labour of love and the fruits of that labour is the most wonderful single estate olive oil.

Our new addition to the family is an old town house in Jimena De La Frontera, an old white pueblo on the fringes of the Alcornacales Natural Park. We have a strong and appreciative client list that is constantly growing and our work can often take us to some extraordinary locations for instance  France, Italy, Portugal, Greece and beyond

Our work can take us literally anywhere hence our name, WhereverNext !

Mediterranean and North African flavours feature strongly in our cooking and is of course a reflection of daily life in inland Spain.
